TOUGHEST LAB is CLOSING
The Toughest HQ is relocating to new offices and we’ve taken the hard decision to close down our OCR training facility. Toughest LAB will be open until May 24th 2026, so take the opportunity to fine-tune your technique before then! If you have any questions please contact us at lab@toughest.se.

Classes
To book a class, you will first have to create an account at Gymsystem. Once logged in, you will be able to book a class of your choice. If you have purchased a 10-voucher, the class will be deducted from your account.
Personal Training
To book a private session with one of our personal trainers, contact the trainer directly. Contact details are available via the link below.
Groups & companies
If you wish to book the LAB for a conference or training sessions for large groups, please contact lab@toughest.se.
