Our obstacle course race in Stockholm has a lot to offer OCR lovers. Situated in the beautiful and wellknown recreational area Lida, the varied terrain meets all the criteria for an excellent obstacle course race!
Registration fees are adjusted throughout the registration period. The earlier you sign up, the more you save. Registration closes about one week before the event.

Each course has its own unique set of obstacles and terrain. We do our best to update the setup every year to make your experience as memorable as possible.

Can’t get enough? Then make sure to select “Double Distance” when you sign up for our main race. This allows you to run two laps around the course and brag about completing about 16 km of challenging obstacle course racing!

4 km – No pressure. Just have fun!
Explore the course in your own pace, completely according to your own abilities. The only requirement is that you have fun! Xplore is perfect for those trying OCR for the first time, or looking for a lighter challenge.
2 km – Obstacle course for the entire family.
Bring your kids to an unforgettable day at Toughest Family! We have adjusted the obstacles so that even the youngest can complete them. Prepare for the adrenaline rush of your lives! You won’t regret it.
NOTE: The race is located at a nature reserve and it is important that all participants take this into consideration. Stay on the course and refrain from littering and destruction.
No, our courses are designed so that anyone, regardless of their physical level, can complete them on their own terms. Complete the obstacle by yourself or do it together with your team mates!
No. All obstacles are optional and you decide if you wish to make an attempt or not.
Your safety is a top priority for us. We take extra precautions to ensure that our participants can complete the race as safely as possible. Medical staff is present at the event area, on the course and by our water obstacles.
No, swimming ability is not a requirement. Although water obstacles may be present, these are always optional.
Your starting number and start time will be notified via e-mail about 4-5 days before the race. The starting list will also be published on this page.
Your starting envelope is available for pick up at the event area from 09:30. Please collect your starting envelope at least 30-60 minutes before your starting time. Inside the envelope you will find your race bib and timing chip (main race only).
Important: Remember to bring your registration ID (found in your e-mail confirmation), starting number and a valid ID card.
The race starts around 10:00.
Keeping hydrated is important when participating in a race. There will be a water station after about halfway through the course as well as one after the finish line. If you need more fluids than this, we recommend bringing your own water bottle.
Our participants may use the dedicated bag drop at the event area. Although the bag drop is manned by our crew, we do not take responsibility for any theft or loss of belongings. We recommend that you store your valuables at a more guarded location if possible.
Finisher photos can be taken at the dedicated area at the finish zone. The pictures will be published on our Facebook page the week after the event.
Lidavägen 1,146 33 Tullinge
Take tram 36 towards “Södertälje C”. Hop off at “Tullinge Södra” station. From the commuter train station in Tullinge, bus 721 will take you to Lida Friluftsgård.
Set your GPS to Lida Friluftsgård, Lidavägen 1.
Take road 226 in “Botkyrka Hantverksby” and follow it to “Pålamalmsvägen”. From there, signs leading to Lida Friluftsgård will be visible.
Follow directions from our volunteers to find available parking. Participants and spectators may park for free on the courtyard, about 1 km from the event area. Vehicles with handicap permits may park at Lida Friluftsgård.
Food and drink is available at the event area. The menu varies for each event and we do our best to offer something for all tastes.
Our participants may use the dedicated bag drop at the event area. Although the wardrobe is monitored by our crew, we do not take responsibility for theft and loss of valuables.
Toilets will be available at the event area.
There are no dressing rooms at the event area. Arrive changed and ready to go!
