Easy signup for businesses

Our business solutions make it easy for you to coordinate registrations. No receipts and expense statements. Gather and administrate all registrations in one place. We’ll send an invoice for the entire group when you are ready. Smooth and easy!

Signup for businesses

We offer two ways for companies to sign up. Choose the method which suits you!

Sign up via file

This method is recommended if you already know who will participate in the race. Enter the participant details in the sign up file and we’ll take care of the rest!

Follow the steps below to coordinate and simplify the registration process for your group or business.

Download the signup file (Excel).
Enter your billing details, select event and add-on services.
Enter the participant details*.
Send the file to business@toughest.se.
All participants will receive a personal confirmation e-mail when your registration has been processed. An invoice will be sent to the specified billing address/e-mail.

* Fields marked in orange are mandatory.
If you want the possibility to change names and other details after the registration has been processed, you must select “YES” in the “Changes” field on each row (additional fee, ca 49 kr per participant). If not enabled, changes will of course still be possible, but for a higher fee (ca 299 kr per participant). Contact us for current fees.

Note that all registrations are binding and will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to inform all participants on current rules and conditions. Prices are adjusted throughout the year. Visit our events page for current prices.

PRIVATE sign-up portal

We’ll setup your very own sign-up portal where your participants can sign up themselves. Administrate, change and remove registrations with our user-friendly interface. Simply close registrations when you’re done and pay with credit card, Swish or invoice. Contact us and we’ll have the portal setup in no time!

An e-mail with login instructions will be sent to the administrator when we have processed your request.

An activity suitable for everyone

It’s a common misconception that obstacle course racing is only suitable for the most physically trained. Fact is that most people manage to complete our races. With an unique concept of a “normal lane” (standard obstacle), “fast lane” (more challenging) and penalty rounds (short run), each participant can choose which level fits him/her. A preparational training session at Toughest LAB and our online training portal are popular add-ons for companies who wish to help their employees prepare in the best possible way.

Team Camp

Create your own Team Camp at the event area and give your team an unique experience.

Area: 3x3m private area at the event
Price: 5 000 SEK (excl. VAT)

Rules and conditions

Price only includes the surface area for your tent. Any equipment & materials (tent, table, chairs, print etc.) must be provided by the customer.
The area may only be used as a gathering space. Product exposure, demos and sales is not permitted.
Toughest reserves the right to refuse any exposure in violation of other partnership agreements and/or considered inappropriate in any other way.

Contact us if you need to rent a tent or other equipment. We’ll check availability and will get back to you regarding pricing.

Printed matter

If requested (at least 45 days before the event), we can send you a quote for printed matter.
