Today the Swedish Public Health Authority announced that some outdoor sporting events will be allowed to take place starting mid June. We are of course very enthusiastic about this report and will immediately begin communicating with authorities regarding how we can adapt our events according to the new directives.
We would like to emphasize that this does NOT mean that Toughest has received a go-ahead from authorities to arrange our events. As stated, we must first coordinate with local authorities to find out more about how this decision affects our events. Nonetheless, the new directives are least to say positive.
According to our previously communicated action plan, we were supposed to publish updates regarding our events in Stockholm and Copenhagen today. However in light of the new information we will postpone these decisions until we have properly coordinated with local authorities.
We hope that you have understanding for this. We will publish updated information as soon we know more about the regulations and terms imposed.
