Toughest Loyalty is a service created with the purpose of rewarding our returning customers. To be able to do this, we need to keep track of your registration history and thereby store some personal details. By signing up and using this service, you grant Toughest permission to store such details until you explicitly request us to remove such details. We ensure that your personal details will not be distributed to any third parties.
The following section describes how we collect, use and protect your personal details.
Which personal information do we collect?
During registration, we collect details such as your name, e-mail, age, gender, city and country. By using the service, we also store your registration details so that we can keep track of your registration history.
How do we use the information?
Since all accounts on Toughest Loyalty are personal, the details are required to ensure that we can identity and contact our users in case of any abuse etc. The details are also used for statistical purposes, as they provide valuable intel about our user base. By knowing our users, we are able to further develop and improve the service.
For how long do we store your information?
Your information is stored until you explicitly request us to delete your account and personal data. Note that some details can not be deleted due to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Bokföringslagen), according to which we are required to store receipts and purchase information for a minimum of seven (7) years.
Who will see your information?
All personal information is only accessible by you and authorised personnel in our team. Your privacy is important to us and we ensure that all details are handled with carefully. No details are distributed to third parties.
Where is the information stored?
Your details are securely stored in our database at our hosting provider. You can request to delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. Note that some details can not be deleted due to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Bokföringslagen), according to which we are required to store receipts and purchase information for a minimum of seven (7) years.
