THIS IS THE CAMP FOR YOU!!
Toughest Training Mid season camp is a camp filled with fun, challenging training combined with nice food
- Two different levels of training Level 1 och Level 2 is offered so that everybody gets challenged at their own level
- Toughest LAB has 95% of the Toughestrace obstacles + some bonus obstacles
- Approx: 3 training sessions/day Obstacle, Cardio och Strength
- Accommodation at modern Scandic Segevång with free access to the spa/relax area
- Full board with Breakfast, lunch and dinner 2 days
- On Sunday we finish with a sprint-obstacle course with some nice prices to win
Hotel Scandic Segevång located only 1,5 km from Toughest LAB with free access to the hotel spa-relax area. breakfast/lunch/dinner included. Shared double room or single room as choice
Toughest LAB – Learn the basics of OCR or improve your technique even more
Toughest strong – Training with focus on heavy weights . Push, pull and lift to become a more powerful OCR-runner
Toughest training – Functional exercise with obstacles and body weight. High-intensity and fun obstacle course with Beat your obstacle mentality
Run – Running in different speed groups will be offered each day
Mobility – Active, dynamic mobility training. The purpose of maintaining or increasing mobility in connection with physical activity. The effects of mobility training are reduced injuries, increased well-being, improved athletic performance or a more healthy posture
