MAIN RACE & XPLORE

To safely complete the race, participants need to have a good understanding of their own abilities and continuously make risk assessments on how to overcome the obstacles. For this reason, the official age limit is 18 years at the time of the race.

We allow younger participants in the following cases:

  • From 13 years old if the participant runs in adult company (who is thereby responsible for the minor on the course).
  • From 16 years old if the participant runs without adult company.

In both cases, an application must be submitted via the form provided during registration. However, we recommend that you do this before signing up.
Application for minors

Important: All children have different prerequisites and maturity levels. Before signing up, it is therefore important that the guardian ensures that the child can safely complete the race without putting themselves or other participants at risk.

FAMILY

Recommended from 5 years old. All minor participants must run in adult company (who is thereby responsible for all minors in the team).

No separate application needs to be submitted if the participant runs in adult company. The following conditions are approved in conjunction with registration:
The adults in the team are responsible for minor participants and must also ensure that the guardians of all minors have given their consent.

Younger participants are allowed to run by themselves in the following cases:

  • If the participant is 16 years of age or older at the time of the race and has had their application approved.

We recommend that the application is submitted before registration.
