Level 1 and Level 2

Level 1 = For those who want or have made their first OCR race but want to take the next step.
We focus on running techniques and jogging at a pace that everyone can keep up with.
In the obstacles training we focus on the , basic technique and if we needed we help each other out

Level 2 = You who have run a couple of OCR-races before and want to aim for “No Penalties” and maybe success some fast lanes. In the cardio training the running part are in little bit higher pace and longer distance.
